- Legion of Boom is over. Sherm tore his Achilles. Kam may not play again due to neck injuries. Earl wants out. Michael Bennett and Cliff Avril are gone. basically it's Bobby Wagner as the last elite player on that defense moving forward.

- Russ has become "The Man" on offense and done some brilliant things these past seasons, but absolutely has to take blame for the fact Seattle's offense is completely unreliable.

- even his teammates seem to call him out: "I can’t say it. How can I say this? It’s not playcalling. We go into a game knowing what the defense is going to give us, the situations we’re going to be in. And that’s on us as players. You guys can blame Bev all you want to, but the truth of the matter us, Bev is not the problem. Probably already said too much."

- 4-4 at home. outscored 68-31 against division opponents in their final two games at home, with playoffs on the line. remember when Seattle had the best homefield advantage in the NFL?
