He also had Marvin Bagley looking like a high school kid on the offensive end (contrary to reports that he's ready for the league). Defensive stalwart JaVale McGee and his length really bothered dude.

I think it's a *bit* of a stretch to say "struggled against a 7 foot athlete with an 8 foot wingspan in one game" is equivalent to "not ready for the league."

when trying to make post moves everything was fading away from the hoop. didn't look comfortable down there against javale offensively.

great learning experience for an 18 year old regardless tho. harden was in his ear the entire game.

If Bagley, a big 3/swing 4 type, is posting up on an NBA center that has 50 lbs on him and a foot longer wingspan, then of course he's trying to fade away and not looking comfortable. I don't hold that against his NBA readiness.

He's finishing his final credits with online classes this summer, and I'm sure there's a whole rigamarole to go through to insure the NCAA views those as on the up-and-up. He'd be far from the first player to take this route to reclassify, though, so as long as he followed proper protocol (something I'm sure Duke's advisers are making sure happens), I'd imagine the reclassification should be done and announced in the next week or so. Either that or an announcement that it didn't work. Should be announced soon either way.

USC as a dark horse?

Duke and USC with UCLA as the dark horse. USC offering a scholly to Bagley's 7-year-old brother was a nice touch, lol.

I think ultimately, if the reclassification goes through, he'll go to Duke. If he can't reclassify, there's more time before his commitment, and things always have the possibility of getting more interesting.
