Anyway, we 2 months away from being 1 month away. Is everybody still in? Are we changing any rules? Is AB still commish?

vacation right before the season + tenure year = 0 prep for me, likely i wouldn't be able to draft.

I'm traveling for three weeks of September, which could interfere with drafting and the two weeks of October right as the season starts, which would definitely interfere with my ability to hit free agency at a crucial period. (Also two weeks of November, which wouldn't be ideal for updating the roster either.) I fear I wouldn't be able to be as competitive as I usually am.

I love the league and would like to play, just trying to be realistic with what's ahead on my calendar. If you need the bodies, I can try to make it work... but otherwise I might need to sit out a year and try to rejoin if you need me in the immediate future.

It is still a fantasy league, no? Mobile site makes it easier than ever to make moves, I dont understand. Plus Im just gonna win again anyway, so there's literally nothing to lose.

I prep the day before the draft and make pickups from the shitter.

I don't do a ton of prep either. And I'm like you, I'll change lineups at downtime.

Maybe they'll be too busy to watch games/keep up with the league to know who to target/move, etc.

tenure is a soul-sucking, terrible process and i hate life already because of it and i'm a month and a half away from it actually starting.

i will get skipped in the draft, i will not make my insane number of pick ups and drops, and i won't engage in the board because of tenure. so it's better for the league and for myself to get someone more interested to fill that spot. if you can't, i'll do it, but i'll be a shell of my usual, decent but overactive owner-self.

There's a reason I'm barely on here nowadays. Just think the "research" part of this league is way overstated. And I really like the mobile site actually. All good either way, I just prefer 60% from someone who knows what they are doing than another rookie.
