and they should have, shoulda been up by about 28 out the gate, they dicked around despite never punting in the first half, took bad penalties, missed kicks, slipped while kicking up clumps of Rose turf quite a bit, went away from the run, PSU got a few lucky bounces and pretty much every call until the final drive.

PSU played better than I thought they would or could from the end of the second quarter on though.

Well, until their secondary self-destructed and McSorry started tossing out more gifts in the final two minutes of play.

and PSU came up just shy of less than half a hundred, while USC ended up a little over, which is why PSU LOST, despite being higher ranked and all those assholes flew out to invade California for the weekend.

This means USC remains undefeated in the Rose against those fools, this time doing so in a game dedicated to the last guy who ran roughshod over them in the Rose seven years ago.

Meanwhile PSU heads home pointing fingers and politicking to get the Paterno statue back up.
