There were players that would at least contribute RIGHT NOW (Mudiay and Winslow come to mind)...DAT Zinga doesn't fit that bill for a plug in and play. If the Knicks r looking to truly rebuild getting that kid was the move to make. Because I think he will be good. Just not in the next 2-3 years....
But with Melo there, this was a win now situation....Do you actually think free agents like Durant will want to come to Knicks with another losing season under their belt?....lol....Of course u will get players like Greg Monroe signing up to play in New York, but that won't equate to playoff success, something Feel was brought on to achieve for the Knicks RIGHT NOW....
It's simple. Feel is officially rebuilding...Now the Knicks have to trade Melo...
