Okay, I can see that.
But if you have an elite defense than can keep the >game close then the team always has a chance. Just look at >Eli/Flacco/Dilfer & even Russell; one thing they all have in >common is an elite defense. Warner/Peyton/Brees/Rodgers had to >play at a high level every game to pull out wins, when they >didn't they lost.
Rodgers won three playoff games in his run to the SB and only played "elite ball" in one of them against a Falcons team that was basicallly wet toilet paper.
I dunno if you consider that GB defense to be elite or not. I dont.
