Russ, Rose, Gordon, and Mayo ALL came in the same year.
They all had success early in their careers.
Mayo fell off around that time. And left the pack.
Gordon was still playing well.
All 3 were in the pipeline for Team USA.
All 3 were seen as the next generation of great guards in the NBA.
ERIC GORDON got hurt and never regained that status.
