i noticed cause i've been seeing inefficient use of minutes for years. sorry for paying attention to my division, like i said i did in the "why do we have divisions?" post. because i do notice tendencies and it does affect some people's divisional match ups and W-L.

it's also why i have no idea if some other people in other divisions fucked this shit up to, but apparently they do.
