probably somewhere curled up in a ball right now crying or either drinking himself silly.
Mitchell doesn't really give fuck though because he knows he's the typical black "rebuilding" coach and he knows he won't get a chance to coach these kids when they get good and they'll bring in a Steve Kerr to reap the benefits of all the hard work he put in.
