really about X's and O's as it is managing and motivating multiple high paid personalities and getting them to buy into your system and execute it at a high level.

Blatt's not going to come over here and call any magical plays that nobody's ever seen before.

Can he coach Lebron, let Lebron be Lebron, and still maintain his authoritative position as a coach? How will he respond the first time Lebron challenges him? Can he get Kyrie to commit on the defensive end? I've Love comes can he make him ok with sacrificing stats? If guys like Bennett and Dion there can he motivate them to play at a high level on a nightly basis?

For the most part players in Europe have a totally different mentality than American players. Can Blatt adjust?
