I'm no more in Floyd's head than the next man, but is there more than one good explanation for why he did what he did *this week*? He's not a dummy. Look at what he did with one Facebook post:

Boxing fans are asking if this might make his fight more intriguing

Media members and the general public are talking about him way more.

How often does OKP cumulatively dedicate like 250 posts to a boxer?

Today his name is in the mouths of millions of people who would otherwise not be talking about him, and many of them have now thought about his upcoming fight as a byproduct of all the sensational stuff.

No way that's incidental. I think it's reasonable to assume that any arguments regarding Floyd's morality, legality, shamelessness, indecency, and/or emotional well-being--however well-conceived--should be understood to be a dance for a puppet master.

Not to say that dancing can't be fun.
