There is increasing research coming out about the benefits of a ketogenic diet but this dude hawking his "Bulletproof" brand goods as a superior form is pure nonsense. I recently read a transcript where he said the bulletproof coffee also keeps you in a fasted state and thus complies with intermittent fasting protocol (even though the base form is at least 200+ calories lmao)...bunch of nonsense.
