i would rather a mid priced lb who is built for the 3/4 than overpay for someone who clearly is not great and might be injury prone. its not his fault, but his market value this offseason is too high.

plus he is not the single piece that the team needs to get over the hump. no reason to leverage the future for him.

he's not even really a fan favorite.
