everybody starts out with 1000 dollars of agenda cash and we ride. you can start an IPO on anyone as long as you're first but it costs 1000 dollars. for 24 hours, people can join the IPO and get an equal part of the shares with you (and split the price). So if 4 people IPO, it's 25 shares a piece for 250 bucks a piece.

After those 24 hours, it's buy and sell. but you can't buy unless someone is selling shares. but because you only have the cash for one IPO, you can't hold that many agendas.

you can also buy college team stock at 100 dollars per stock. Each stock gets you one share of every player from your college who has had an IPO. but you have to renew that stock every year, otherwise all your player stock is cashed out at most recent market price.

I just need to work on how to buy an anti-agenda, like a "this dude will BUST" stock type. but man, this shit would be fun.
