they are not capable of guiding the young men to conduct themselves in a sportsman like manner...

I've been in the middle of some pretty heated situations during post game handshakes at high school football games....but each out of the ordinary tense situations were ADULTS behaving badly...like really badly....towards other adults and towards children...

but those are things people in charge should be able to control...and if not the shouldn't be in charge...
