Moved from Columbia Heights to Adams Morgan about two months ago. I'm too old to live around all of the Friday and Saturday night bullshit here, but we really like the apartment and the bedroom is set far in from the street so I was literally unaware of how nuts it gets until I was driving back from Baltimore at about 2am a few weeks ago.

We like it here. Might even stick around for more than a few years.
