When he said that dumb shit on the Knicks that he was 85% away from being 65% ready to play, I had the side-eye like YOU went to HARVARD?

More than likely, he's still adjusting to THIS level of lights. They died down a lot in Houston because the media isn't nearly as aggressive and because of Harden and now D12. I just think that he's not quick with media responses and is still learning how to handle them in the spotlight.

He'll NEVER live down Linsanity. That's a plus and a minus. If he doesn't stick in the league, the media will use that to kick him when he's down. If he gets somewhat respectable #'s, he'll look like an average PG. If he does, or somehow exceeds it, the lights get brighter no matter where he goes. He'll be a beacon for Asian-American NBA players, and he's not ready to carry that torch by himself.

He's gotta learn to have better answers with the media though.
