-Refuses to run plays for Kawhi
-Refuses to give more PT to Diaw
-Refuses to cut Manu's minutes
-Benches Tim in critical situations
-Sends out Manu w/ Tiago to jump start Miami's 4th quarter run
-Benches Tony at the end of the game & decides not to use a timeout to put him back in the game
.......i could go on & on. Had Tim not eviscerated Miami's front-line in the first 3 quarter.....it would have been ugly.
