that's basically my point. most people get their news via CNN, Fox, etc, and they played up the drama of a close race when it was really anything but, because they have money to make.

silver, rightly or wrongly, became the contrarian darling. sometimes the most deserving voice doesn't get the mic, but if it got anybody to stop swallowing dramatized "news", i consider that a good thing.
