Instructions:

Two table spoons...let it marinate for 2 minutes. Just
let it sit in your mouth. It will probably burn but let
it go, man...its busy vaporizing years of poor treatment
of your gums.

Then you gargle for 20 seconds. DO NOT SPIT.

Then do a light swish and swirl.

Then spit.

Do that 5 times for the first 3 days. Space them apart
by a couple of hours. The spaces don't need to be equal.
Just as long as you get distribution throughout the day.
And of course, one of them has to be in the evening before
bed, one when you wake up in the morning.

After the third day, just 4 times a day for the rest of
the week. Inbox me or start a post after the first week.
Let us know how its going. I think we'll have to start
SPM and Charlie on something slightly more aggressive, as
they are a tad worse off than you...but that's why your
