The last few years, he's been holding the WWE together in the summer months after Mania dies down and there's less excuse to watch wrestling on a weekly basis. The win the belt on his last night with the company year. The Hardy feud. Both were excellent goodness. Straight Edge Society with Serena, who was nice...

Dude is so necessary for their roster. He's over enough to be a believable winner in just about any match situation. Hell...I halfway thought he would beat Taker until Paul Bearer died and they went all in with Punk showing his ass to fuck with Taker. But hell...he's hurt and he has pissed somebody off in the back. I can only imagine what the story is.

Now, we're about to have a summer of filler fluff with Cena whooping all of the hosses they feed to him. MAYBE we get relief if they let Ziggler just show up, have good ass matches with everyone who can go in the ring, and squeak out wins to hold onto the strap. And I guess the Shield will keep randomly jumping faces for 'justice'. At least they are headed to the tag titles and a new member (I'm guessing Daniel Bryan). Too bad Orton is off of the trust list...he's just gonna keep being wasted as a face with a heel character and moveset.
