That's two years straight the Raw after Mania has gotten a TON of buzz. The more excitement you can build around your product, the better, yeah.
If I know a guy who's totally into wrestling, and ask him if I should watch Raw, am I more likely to if he says "nah, they're kinda burying all their talent," or if he says "yeah! There are all these talented wrestlers doing awesome things every week."
That's what made the Attitude era so successful- people wanted to talk about watching it.
And don't tell me Cesaro is a snore in the ring. Push him to the stratosphere and give him 20+ minute matches and people will tune in, because he's GREAT.
