WWE's myopic booking has produced a lot of Geld during a downturn, but without a contingency plan (like WWE had during Attitude, and hell even Hogan's time), this really could blow up in their face.

They can't move Cena because they have no Plan B. They've resorted to turning Alberto Del Rio (who might have gone down that path) just because Rey's out of it right now.

For example... if what happened to Austin in '99 happened today to Cena? They'd be fucked. From a booking and financial perspective.
