Kayfabe is dead, but you still can't send a full-on heel to Good Morning America and have him be smiley and jokey and engage in good-natured banter with the hosts. Cena is a master of this, and a heel turn kills that.

I hear you about the character change - I want it, everybody wants it, Cena probably wants it - but I'm just saying I can't see him turning heel.
