There's an arrogance to this team that isn't justified...the last 30 seconds or so nailed it, it isn't about offense or defense, it's about effort. He also essentially called out Kobe twice talking about players messing with the game by gambling defensively/missing rotations and going 1v1.

He was brought in to coach. Whether he was the right choice or not, it is his job to coach the team and make it work. I have never seen a dude who makes having two very good bigs, seem like a disadvantage. He is a dickhead who should be grateful he got a job he wasn't qualified for. His players are winging it, and he has not done one thing to make the team better yet. He should just shut the fuck up and let them play out this season, and maybe the Buss family will have the dignity to fire him after they have been eliminated. honest I can't even say he's been as rigid with his O as the season has progressed. This Wash game was inexcusable. Kobe and to a lesser degree the rest of the perimeter defenders were complete ass crack. I don't expect Kobe to be a great man defender at this stage of his career. But the ball watching shit is the most maddening shit ever.
