He gets in because people actually have memories...No amount of the bullshit NCAAA taking away those years can erase the impact the Fab 5 had on college basketball...

Webber dominated college as a freshman and a sophomore....We don't need the NCAA to tell us that...EVERYONE saw it with their eyes...

As for his pro years, let's slow down...For all of Webber's asshole ways, dude turned around a joke of a franchise (the Kings) and made them a powerhouse in the NBA....They were one of the most popular teams in the NBA and would have been in a final if it wasn't for Fish's miracle shot...

The BB Hall of Fame is not the Baseball Hall of Fame...The door is much more wide open to get in...
