One of the messages is way over 140 characters. The account was deleted and the username was hijacked by a troll a couple days ago, so the person makes sure to say "it's the 16th." And I read that someone checked if Manti was following the account on the day it was sent, and he wasnt (meaning he wouldn't be able to receive DM's from that account)
