how should we go about

A: arranging the matches
B: choosing the assignments for each match

should daniemuse (my partner in running this) and i just split the duties of assigning the topics for everyone (honor system)? we could keep ourselves in opposite brackets, therefore insuring that we always have someone else picking for each of our respective matches?

or do yall have an alternative idea? its been like 4 years since the last one so i'm a tad rusty on how we did this part last time
