The Martha fiasco ended Agent Gad's career. So even if the FBI realizes that he's been next neighbors and best friends with murderous Russian spies, I can see it not ending well either. And yeah, Renee being dirty would certainly fuck him.

But if that's not the case, true believers like Stan (which he's certainly become) usually lend on their feet in the FBi, because they certainly do have their fair share of like-minded Cold Warriors in places of power.

Man, that scene pissed me off so much. Because Liz didn't actually frame it like Paige actually had a choice. She knows as well as Phillip that Paige isn't built for this, but she's so obsessed that she's willing to sacrifice her own daughter.
