saw it in a huge theater with a small crowd, so it felt a lil scary.

i read the book as a youngin and watched the miniseries in high school. they did a really good job with this film.

them kids acted their fucking asses off, especially beverly. character development.

felt like there were a few subtle nods to the goonies, lord of the flies and stand by me.

film coulda been 15-20 minutes shorter, but whatever.
