Ichigo's Dad = Shinigami
Ichigo's Mom = Quincy
Fullbringers are created when their mom is attacked by a hollow.
Ichigo's mom was attacked by a hollow.
Ichigo's Dad saved her.
They had Ichigo, who is essentially 50% Shinigami, 25% Quincy & 25% Fullbringer. All three of which you have to be trained to do.
