It's a movie I zone out to, in a good way. Kind of the movie equivalent of ambient music. That said, I agree with you.

It's cool, but in a mostly shallow sort of way, although there are some deeper elements, too, like the whole character of the parolee character. Some nice sequences. It's a movie I'd recommend to a lot of people.

But lots of stuff where it's just a cool actor wearing cool clothes shot in cool lighting with cool music looking cool.
