I was thinking “double sessions? The hell? How?” I don’t think know that I could pull off double sessions even if I was somehow both jobless and rich. I can occasionally workup to going fairly hard 5-6 days a week once a day and that is IT! I’m sleeping GOOD, if I’m managing to go that hard, and At the same time I was also fully relating to that “ if I don’t workout like that, I’d probably fuck up and go to the bar” quote. That’s probably one of the realist quotes ever for an adult man, IMO. 20’s-50’s or maybe even more, lol.
