He even sorta touched on his complete turnaround when he was like "yea I workout in the morning AND at nite cause if I don't have a late workout to look forward to I could fuck up and hit the bar" (paraphrasing) hahaha. That shit was great and again, I agree that it's good to know and hear that he's taking complete care of himself and focused on the proper things this late in life. Could've obviously gone the complete opposite way considering the way he used to live, that you summed up pretty well haha.
