I was playing one of my game apps, saw a promo of what JK Simmons is in, a show that's on an app, thus...

REASON: You'll known Napoleaon XIV as Jerry Samuels, the guy who did "They're Coming To Take Me Away, Ha-Haaa" and was essentially a one-hit wonder. However, his album was on the clever, slightly psychotic side, very much for fans who like the crazy recording side of Frank Zappa. I first heard of "I Live In A Split Level Head" 33 years ago when i bought an album called THE RHINO BROTHERS PRESENT THE WORLD'S WORST RECORDS VOL. 2. The album was the 2nd volume of crazy songs, the first volume of which was packaged with a barf bag. When DJ Shadow produced Lateef & Lyrics Born's "Latryx" song using Odetta's "Hit Or Miss", I always felt the song was highly based on "I Live In A Split Level Head" where Lateef & Lyrics Born became the voices of one person.

Anyway, being someone with a split personality didn't want me to use UTFO's "Split Personality", as I would prefer to use "I Live In A Split Level Head". Perhaps Black Thought and Kirk can do the first verse together and when they do the next part, Black Thought can do verse 2 while Kirk can do verse 3 to make it sound more chaotic.

Anyway, I'm suggesting this because JK Simmons is in COUNTERPART, where his counterpart character is himself, a bit of duality.

I also covered this song on my 8th album, THRIFT STORE FAVORITES, back in 1994 or 1995.
