first off, Battlecat is a damn legend.
Long story short, my pops was playing a bunch of old music a while back & one song stuck out to me like I had heard it before, then the other day We Can Freak it came on a playlist & I could swear the song I heard with my pops was sampled.
So I google of course trying to figure out what the original song is & don't see it anywhere. I guess it may be snitchin but lets be real, at this point aint nobody trippin off/comin after cat & kurupt.
So yea, was any part of the song sampled/interpolated from something else?

listening to the ray parker I can kinda hear it but i know it's there, if that makes sense.
