Good shit. "Whiskey & Patron" is my fav. Followed by "Celebrate".

I also counted him out. He used to be one of my favorites between the 9th and Felt albums. Giving it a spin now, solid. This will certainly get some spins.
3002831, A Strange Journey Into the Imaginable

Really liked the album. Definitely worth a listen, has a few really good songs.

After one listen I will go back to these:
The Unimaginable
Melancholy
Same Way
G Lollipops
So Close So Far
Celebrate
Vows

Celebrate is probably my fav. Murs is one of those rappers I will always check for. One of the most consistent doing it. When he hits the right formula hes made some of my fav songs.
3002883, Seriously. It's wild that some folks still aren't sold.

3003077, i think it's less about being sold

& more of staying engaged. when an artist is around as long as MURS, it's real easy to sort of fall off between projects
3002899, Don't know why people sleep on dude

Captain California was solid.

A Strange Journey is even better.
3002920, I had no idea this dropped, I liked it

3002945, Listened last nite - I love it.

"G Lollopops" is great. Fashawn's verse is flames.

I laughed at "Superhero Pool Party." Such a prototypical goofy Murs song. As was "A Lean Story."

Top 2 tracks "So Close So Far" and "Celebrate." I like it all though.

Got kinda nervous when "Melancholy" sounded almost exactly like "The Unimaginable," thinking the whole album would be front to back acoustic guitar ... but thankfully the production diversified and only got better from there.
3002946, Superhero Pool Party is funny

3002965, I skipped his last few but picked this one up

Got to half way point so far and it sounds good.

I don't like the beat anymore because its just a loop. ALC didn't FLIP IT ENOUGH!

Flip it enough? Flip these. Flip off. Go flip some f*cking burgers.(c)Kno

3003517, This turned out to be a really good album.

Kinda shocked how personal the album ended up being. He's never been afraid to put himself out there, but I wouldn't have blamed him if he'd wanted to not record this type of stuff.

The personal stuff like Unimaginable and Lo-Fi Nights is really good. But even the not-as-a-serious tracks are the type of songs that no one else would do. Celebration is my favorite, but Powerful, Midtown, Lean Story, Whiskey & Patron, and Lollipops are all excellent as well.
3003621, Great record

Halfway through. Only song I would have left off is Powerful.

Also did my man dis Black Panther in the outro of Superhero Pool Party? Jokes I’m sure but some shit we don’t kid about, cuz LOL
