Whenever you hear any of these rappers...you immediately feel like you're listening to whenever their prime was. Their flows and styles sounded groundbreaking at the time, but they all sound dated now, just because they were so stylized.
Versus...Fat Joe, who's flow and style was seen as extremely normal and regular in the 90's and early 2000's, yet he can still sound just as normal and regular in 2017 on a track like "All the way up."
