Did you see the numbers in the article? None of the EDM DJs that broke came close to the numbers Lil Uzi Vert & Lil Pump are currently putting up...
Yes it was vital to the success of EDM but the Soundcloud Rap era is benefitting much more monetarily off of the platform and it still is in dire condition.
