2980209, I've listened to 3 full episodes and I like it Posted by handle, Sun Dec-18-16 07:46 PM
Ray Parker Jr. Pete Rock Bob Power.
Ray's was the best of the ones I've heard - he really dished it out.
This is certainly better than most music podcasts because they've set the panel up to be 2 dues who know *a lot*, a few people who know some, and 1 who knows enough to not sound stupid.
Other podcasts are usually 3-5 people who either know EVERYTHING - or 1 that knows everything with 2-4 who don't know shit for shit.
And no matter how much ?uest of Phonte know they don't know more than the person they've interviewing - and when someone might have gotten something a little wrong, or out of order, they don't pedantically go over it - they K.I.M.
What's fucking weird is that I get almost every nerd reference they've said so far, like Zelig or "I got a rock" but a bunch of times I'm not crazy about the remix they all love.
So it shows me that even nerds like different things.
