Honestly, i think without Questo's active involvement it's becoming a disaster.The Vault has already be drilled open, Tyka (understandably) is overwhelmed with the whole situation, Sheila says something like "if Prince would have wanted to release something from the vault, he already would have done it, so let's release nothing", other "experts" have even gone so far to say "Keep the good stuff, burn the crap" (?!) etc etc.

It needs someone who is a *fan*, not a stakeholder to oversee and curate the Vault.Someone who is not biased with his own legacy (ex members) or money (relatives) and who is an absolute authority when it comes to Prince, and someone who is respectful with P's WHOLE body of work.

Really the only one who comes to mind is Questlove, so as a Prince soldier i really really hope Quest reads this and maybe finds a clever/polite way to get involved.

Needs to be a mix of a contemporary and business mind.

They should start or donate to a reference library which requires physical presence to look at anything with no options for duplication.

an artist as meticulous as him would have more than likely left instructions on what to do with this stuff in the event of his demise, rather than leave it up to being put out haphazardly.

I mean you have to think of it in very long terms like the value of the vault over centuries.
