2955457, Do we recognize Get It Together as when MJ's voice changed?

I just listened to Skywriter and now I'm playing Get It Together and I'm hearing those grown up vocals that you typically associate with Michael. Some good records on that album. Hum Along and Dance is one of if not my favorite Jackson 5 record.
2955459, The Temptations version tho >>>

2955583, i'm well aware of that, however they put those albums out

real close to each other and FYI Dancing Machine was cut in 73 however got released in 74. and with the way the Jackson 5 were recording on motown its hard to tell because they stayed in the Lab.

and I know my Michael Jackson and Jacksons History. get it together and alot of the tracks for dancing machine were blurred in 73,but it got held off until 74.

you can hear similiar vocal runs and leads on both albums.

2955693, Yeah, it's funny how Skywriter and GIT were released 6 months apart

in the same year, yet the voice change is so obvious on GIT.
