to the baddest rap label of its time and the many artists that made those times so much fun. 92-96 death row was on it.

i mean Dr Dre, Snoop,2Pac, tha Dogg Pound, DJ Quik on productions, etc.. it was the most happening label.

Suge Knight was the truth back then.

no offense to def jam, ruthless, no limit,cash,money, murder inc,rap alot,etc,, but death row was just something you had to have in your life.

over various drinks, uno card games, cook outs,running down to the record store to get a new Death Row tape was a must.

The Chronic through Makaveli was mostly good shit. Including soundtracks like Above the Rim. Dogg Food is one of the albums of the mid 90s that's not valued enough. Yeah it went 2x plat but people barely mention it. It was a great album IMO
