Bastard is a classic bedroom record. with a young kid alone with his own thoughts (and some friends) really committed to an aesthetic. there was a few misses, but overall that album is what made me a fan. followed by EARL ep I was hype for their whole shit

Goblin was a train wreck of expectations and trying to be really musical and his ideal's influence was all over the records in a bad way, because it was a poorly executed version of Bastard

Wolf had so FANTASTIC highs, but Tyler's content and need to be super alt-Black makes some of it very grating. But conceptually it's a great record about two enemies (his own consciousness) fighting over the same girl
