i went from FL to pure hardware.
I got a rhodes 88, minibrute, microkorg and mpc2500. the mpc, for my money, just SOUNDS better. you're paying for the compression alogorithm when you buy hardware. i've seen maschine, and while they claim it has the MPC/SP compressors, you can still hear the difference
