Yea. There are certainly more examples though of this in the middle..
Ab Soul and Rittz did 20k+ or so with no video or singles really.. but Tinashe couldn't break 20k with a hit single.. Nor could Rich Gang which I guess would be more apt comparison (think they barely did 15k)
I still think front end promotion to build a new artist is necessary. But if you are on album number 2 or 3 should you be doing the same thing..
