i don't know. i do like the production, and I guess maybe the lyrics 'fit' it, in some way or another, but i don't like it. somethings missing. maybe the combination of the kanye humor and ego is something that just works better with soul samples and more typical kanye production than yeezus. the album SOUNDS, musically, so maniacal and almost full of rage, yet the lyrics are mostly empty/immature/ridiculous. he almost had something great with "new slaves" but sorta ruins it with the stupid "bust in her hampton mouth" lines at the end. i'm still waiting for whatever he does next because i expect it'll be a 180 from yeezus.
