2903333, EC will always be one of my favorite albums. Posted by bills, Mon Sep-29-14 06:52 PM
Always been top 3, sometimes #1. And even that time period...it seems that many rap fans look at it as kind of a wack period, but some of my favorite hip hop (and hip hipish) albums came out then...EC, Blazing Arrow, FanDam, Phrenology, Trinity (Slum Village), Cee-Lo Green and His Perfect Imperfections...just kind of an experimental time in that wing of rap, I guess.

2903337, Yeah that was around the time I signed up to OKP Posted by topaz, Mon Sep-29-14 07:31 PM
Electric Circus, Phrenology and Quality released all around the same time, I love all three of them.

The previous set of albums that dropped when I signed up...
Things Fall Apart Black On Both Sides Train of Thought Like Water For Chocolate Fantastic Vol 2 Voodoo Mama's Gun
That was great time for music for me.

2903334, still Resurrection with One Day on it's ass Posted by Garhart Poppwell, Mon Sep-29-14 07:12 PM
I haven't played LWFC in damn near ten years, I really have no real interest to revisit it again despite the fact that I really enjoyed it

2903338, You should break out LWFC Posted by Anonymous, Mon Sep-29-14 07:53 PM
I did today and fell back in love with it.
It seemed like a mixture of his loose freestyle 'fun' delivery of Resurrection with the more conscious content of One Day...
Add in the incredible musicianship and you have a great album that I may have to vote for in this poll.

2903341, This is shocking and weird. Posted by Brew, Mon Sep-29-14 08:17 PM

BE is still great too but not on the level of those
have always had a love/hate thing w/ LWFC, some of his best songs are on that record
