Man, Prince ain't sounded this up to date since....
shit ionno when.
This shit nice.
2899559, Not bad, verses woulda sounded weirder/cooler in the Camille voice

I wish he'd stop shoehorning in the JW/industry-commentary stuff on songs that otherwise aim to be sexy but as far as recent material P it ain't bad.

I'm glad he's still recording music and killing shows, one day perhaps the stars will align and he makes that definitive 'late-career best' album or at least a single that will stand up comfortably amongst the old warhorse hits in a set well after its album cycle ends.
2899570, Dunno about that... maybe if it vacillated between Camille & normal

I like the way his natural voice sounds on it, but the Camille here and there
would probably add a lil' spice to it.

I kinda agree with that... I just don't like it when it sounds completely forced (and it has on many a song).
I think he pulled it off here tho. It's not slapping me in the face.
It could also be that I don't mind it compared to the lyrical content of alotta bullshit
I'm hearing these days (i.e., "ya booty don't need explainin'!)

Word. I'm really liking the way this album is shaping up, tho. I'm on the verge
of pre-ordering it.
