you've made your criticisms of lyor/todd capitalizing off "urban" entertainment very vocal recently.
they've launched 300 entertainment as an enterprise that will compete with regular major label deals.
why exactly don't you & irv pool some capital and launch something that competes with 300 entertainment?
a dame dash/irv gotti label would garner a lot of attention from prospective artists.

why wasnt there another BlakRoc album?
why didnt the label, Dame Dash music Group, work out?
When is the restaurant that you have with Cam opening?

i'm pretty sure the black keys and their label sent him a c&d or something like that.

he was going through koch because he burned all his major label bridges.
so signing to ddmg made no sense for any artist to sign to when they could just go through koch directly themself.

My question is, why are Cam and Dame opening a restaurant in Brooklyn instead of Harlem?
edit: The headline in that article linked above calls Dame a rapper. He's gonna be screaming at that website's editor in 3, 2...

i am sure its more "location" than oh lets do this in harlem, just to say we did something in harlem. the DUMBO section of Brooklyn is growing everyday and has a middle to upper class clientele. if its the location that I think it is, then its prime real estate.

They're also re-opening a restaurant that closed. Clearly, the location is no guarantee of success. LOL.

u read my mind. if it is, i dunno about them being able to handle it. I figure that a small location at a prime spot is more them. This isnt Dame of the old day where everybody wanted to see him, and Cam appeal in BK? Maybe, but it has to be about the food and service like any where else. neither of them is known for food or any recent brick and mortar retail.

It took him a one minute and forty five seconds to suggest that artists do shows. WTF? What do *you* do to break an artist is the question and he didn't answer it. At all.
